A little more about how DenVantage membership works.
No. DenVantage is an in-house dental savings plan, not insurance. You pay a simple monthly membership fee and your preventive care is included, with member savings applied directly at your visit. There are no claims, deductibles, or waiting periods.
Yes. There is a one-time setup fee of $55 per individual or $95 per family, in addition to the monthly membership cost.
Your membership covers two cleanings per year, all periodic exams, fluoride treatment twice per year, and all routine X-rays: bitewings once per benefit year and a complete series or panorex once every three years. Periodontal plans include up to four periodontal maintenance visits per year.
Yes. Members receive set savings on services like fillings, crowns, root canals, implants, dentures, whitening, and orthodontics. Comparable savings apply to services not listed, just ask our team.
