I'm new to Bowling Green and unfortunately I managed to have a front tooth crown fall off. I called their office and was given a same day appointment for an exam, xrays and fortunately the reattachment of the crown. The entire staff, front desk, medical and check out were knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire visit a seamless experience. They strive to make one comfortable and at ease and in my case they succeeded. Thanks to you all.

The staff and doctors are very professional and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you are pleased with whatever treatment you’re having. They offer great advice on home care and answer any questions you may have. And best of all if you are in pain they see you quickly and get you out of pain fast as possible. That my friend is priceless. I would highly recommend.

I'm kind of in love with Chandler Park Dental Care. Their staff is always the nicest and they are all about honest, straightforward dental care. I also like that they are one of the few places that does not require a “confirmation” under threat of cancelling an appointment... they just send reminders but also they don't overload you either. One or two to email, one or two to text.

I just had my first appointment today and I was really impressed! I’ve had some not so great experiences with dentists in the past but from the second I stepped in the door I felt welcome. My hygienist, Mary, explained everything in depth to me and was super personable and friendly. Dr. Hall was also very kind and explained my treatment plan to me and answered any questions that I had. I usually feel anxious at the dentist but I felt very relaxed and comfortable here! I let them know about my sensitive teeth and they even adapted to that which I appreciated a lot. I’d definitely recommend! 😊

I called Chandler Park Dental Care at 3:00 PM, and they got my 8 year old with a chipped front tooth in, as a new patient, the very next morning at 8:00 AM! The staff was so sweet and eased her fears by making her super comfortable with them. She even watched YouTube videos on the overhead TV while she was getting her procedure done. Would highly recommend!
