Dr. Devin T. Hall
Dr. Devin T. Hall, DMD, is passionate about dentistry and the positive impact modern dental treatment can have on his patients. He is committed to advanced education, which allows him to offer a broad range of treatments. He offers IV sedation for comfortable appointments, smile transformations achieved through cosmetic and dental implant treatments, restorative dentistry and pediatric airway development.
He developed the Pax Protocol for treating the root causes of sleep-disorderedbreathing in children, and he proudly offers his Sudden Smile dental implant bridge, which restores and transforms both the patients smile and chewing function. Dr. Hall obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, following his undergraduate education at Freed-Hardeman University. Committed to lifelong learning, he has pursued extensive training in cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, oral surgery, TMJ dysfunction, sleep dentistry, and pediatric airway development. Dr. Hall co-stewards “Smiles from the Heart,” the practice’s annual day of ffree dental care for our community.
Dr. Hall is deeply involved in the community, serving on several dental associations and advisory committees. Away from the practice, he enjoys quality time with his family, the arts, and various outdoor activities.
Dr. Austin Delpont
A lead dentist in the practice, Dr. Austin Delpont brings a wealth of knowledge from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry after earning his undergraduate degree from Eastern Kentucky University. His postgraduate training in cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, TMJ issue treatment, and clear aligner therapy allow him to serve patients with the latest technology and maintain superior patient care. He is also certified to offer oral and IV sedation and enjoys helping patients reach their goals with safe, exceptional, and comfortable dental care.
Dr. Delpont is a member of the American Dental Association, Kentucky Dental Association, and Pennyrile Dental Association. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Brooke and their two children, being involved at church, traveling and playing golf.
Dr. Blair Fleming
Dr. Blair Fleming earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Louisville. She is committed to continuing education and staying current with the latest techniques and advancements in modern dentistry, allowing her to provide personalized, high-quality care to each of her patients.
Dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles, Dr. Fleming has completed advanced education in cosmetic dentistry through the Nash Institute Cosmetic Dentistry Continuum. She has also pursued additional training in dental implants and IV sedation through DOCS Education. As a certified Invisalign® provider, she enjoys helping patients improve both the aesthetics and function of their smiles while addressing concerns that may contribute to future dental problems.
Dr. Fleming believes patient education is an important part of comprehensive dental care. She takes pride in getting to know her patients, treating each person like family, and helping them feel comfortable and confident in their care. She utilizes modern dental technology to provide treatment tailored to each patient's individual needs. Her goal is to create a positive dental experience while building lasting relationships and helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles for life.
Outside of the office, Dr. Fleming enjoys spending time with her husband, David, and their son and two dogs. She enjoys hiking, going to the beach, crafting, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Jackson founded Chandler Park Dental Care and has cared for patients across Bowling Green and the surrounding communities since 1982. He completed his dental education at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, building on a strong academic foundation from Wabash College.
His continuing education emphasizes oral sedation, dental implants, and bone grafting, allowing him to handle complex cases with confidence. A member of numerous dental organizations, he chairs the Medical Center of Bowling Green and facilitates Smiles From The Heart, the practice's annual day of complimentary care.
